All Meats are smoked with Apple and Oak wood for hours in our four ton smoker, the Real Way. NO GAS, NO PROPANE, and NO STEAMING like some of those wannabe BBQ places. This here is a Rib Joint, pure and Simple.

All Meats are smoked Daily to ensure their freshness. We might run out any given day.
